Gary E. Junge is a respected Delaware attorney who has been practicing law since 2015. Mr. Junge comes from a military family. Like most children of military families, Mr. Junge attended many different schools before his family settled in Delaware. Once settled, Mr. Junge attended Dover High School. He also served 24 years in the United States Air Force Reserves at Dover Air Force Base. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Junge worked for Verizon and was a Divisional Vice President in the Communications Workers of America. His diverse background has served him well and allows him to readily relate to the issues his clients face.

Mr. Junge attended Wilmington University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance in 2010. He then went on to attend Widener University Delaware Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate magna cum laude in 2015. During his time at Widener, Mr. Junge was an active member of the student body where he was the External Managing Editor of the Widener Law Review and President of the Moot Court Honor Society.

After completing law school, Mr. Junge was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2015 and the Pennsylvania Bar in 2016. He is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and the Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He has served as President of the Kent County Bar Association, a board member of the Terry-Cary Inn of Court, and is a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware State Bar Association, Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, and the National College for DUI Defense.

Mr. Junge’s practice areas include employment law, personal injury, civil litigation, and criminal law. He has successfully represented clients in a variety of legal matters ranging from race, sex, or religious discrimination in employment, violations of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), wage claim violations, and other employment matters. He has successfully represented clients injured in automobile accidents and slip and fall cases, successfully defended clients accused of DUI or other crimes, and reached favorable settlements in contract disputes. He has also served as Deputy City Solicitor for the City of Dover.
