Brian Brittingham is a distinguished attorney with a wealth of experience in various areas of the law.  Born in Delaware and now serving his home state, he has established himself as a respected member of the legal community.

After completing his high school education at Middletown High School in 1998, Mr. Brittingham went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Delaware. He graduated in 2002 with a B.S. degree and was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity which emphasizes scholarship, leadership, and community service.

Mr. Brittingham then attended Pace Law School, where he earned his Juris Doctorate in 2005 and while there also received certificates in Environmental and International Law. In 2006 he received his M.B.A. in Finance from Pace Lubin School of Business.

Mr. Brittingham was admitted to the bar in Connecticut in 2005, New York in 2006, and Delaware in 2007.  He has become known for his expertise in a variety of areas, including personal injury, trusts and estate planning, estate administration, business and corporate law, administrative law, and civil litigation. 

As a member of the American Bar Association, Delaware Bar Association, Kent County Bar Association, and Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Brittingham is highly respected by his peers in the legal profession.
