William D. Fletcher is a well-respected attorney in Delaware, with over 45 years of experience practicing law in the state. Born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Mr. Fletcher has lived and worked in Delaware for many years. Mr. Fletcher began his legal career as an Assistant City Solicitor for the City of Dover, a position he held from 1977 to 1981. He went on to become a member of several prominent legal organizations, including the Kent County, Delaware State, and American Bar Associations, as well as the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association and the American Association for Justice. Mr. Fletcher has also served on Delaware Supreme Court and Delaware Superior Court Committees, further demonstrating his commitment to the legal profession and the state of Delaware.

Mr. Fletcher’s legal expertise includes car and truck accidents, personal injury claims, wrongful death claims, employment discrimination claims, and civil litigation.
